You will find the beach pastels soothing in the living area with island style wicker furnishings, wicker dining table for four, fun sea life patterned queen sofa sleeper, and nicely tiled floor. The kitchen has light wood cabinetry, upgraded countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances. The master bedroom features island style wicker furnishings and custom designed tropical decor. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy patterned bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

When there is “beach restoration” work taking place, make sure to let your guest that book a “beach access” condo know that so they can book somewhere else. Why book a beach access condo and get told to walk 2 condos down to access their beach with my 8 months pregnant wife? Finally just had to book somewhere else that had reviews for the bed being awful last year and it is STILL awful. You’re literally sleeping on springs. It needs to be remodeled severely. Do a better job of communicating if the beach is going to be closed. If it is, be prepared to make accommodations to your guest. I am in no way a “Karen” but I drove 9 hours and couldn’t even walk to the beach. I would’ve stayed at the holiday inn down the road and not have to hear equipment running all night and day. I had to end up calling Avari because they wouldn’t respond and had to figure it out on my own.

2nd Time staying at this condominium. Right on the beach with available beach chairs/umbrella. Check in was organzied. Place was as described! Great views. Clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront vacation rental!
The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach with breathtaking views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing.

The place was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families. The fully loaded kitchen made it easy for us to cook meals without missing anything. Every appliance, utensil, and cookware item we needed was already there.

We loved the cozy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and how close the property was to nearby attractions. It really felt like a home away from home.

Overall, this was a fantastic and refreshing getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
