Overall this unit is very nice and located right across from the beach.It has been nicely remodeled, has a fenced area for our small dogs and was relatively quiet for such a prime area.The only negatives were minor eyesores and easy fixes such as a cheap press-wood side table with lots of wear, cracked light covers on kitchen light fixture, dirty rug in front of stove, sliding door track needs cleaning, the cheap tension shower caddy has rust.All listed above could be replaced for very little. Having such minor eyesores really takes away from the higher end upgrades of the unit.It definitely wouldn't keep us from returning.
