Loading and/or unloading in the dock area is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine.
For immediate assistance, you can call the office at 850-986-7640. Office hours are from 9am –5pm.
There is NO parking on the street allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. and all cars must be contained in the driveway during such time and shall not extend into the street or on the grass. At NO time is parking on the grass or other landscape permitted. In all cases, no parking shall block access to another unit’s driveway or garage access.
