First I will say any negative feedback wasn’t necessarily at fault of Avari. The first condo we got, had active black mold in it. Which should be the owners responsibility to correct. The management company should have been made aware of this before guests were allowed to stay. I will say avari was very good about finding a new place to stay that was beautiful and clean at no hassle or upcharge. For that, I would rate avari very high.

This place was an AMAZING mix of comfort and proximity!! We were right off the beach and the condo was so easy to get to and from the beach, pool, and back into downtown. My family had the most amazing time here and we are already planning to come back in a few months!! The rooms were huge and the balcony was also! Great stay!!!
