Great unit. Great location. AMAZING VIEW. appliances have been updated since previous reviews that mentioned rusty refrigerator. Brand new refrigerator and microwave. Welcome kit for kitchen was a plus. $70 a day beach chairs/umbrella is included in price of the unit. (Please tip Brandon though. Dude works hard setting up/tearing down all that stuff). Great showee water pressure. All in all we would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend.
