This well-appointed retreat has been recently renovated to provide guests with the ultimate vacation experience. The first floor enjoys an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the generous living area, dining table, and open kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and terrific beach snacks on the go. When it comes to in-house entertainment, both bedrooms have smart TVs and there is free WiFi throughout. Delight yourself with superb water views from the upper balcony. Great place, comfy furniture and beds. Bedroom on the back side of the house got a little warm after the sun came up but it was not unbearable. Bathrooms were fairly clean and the place is very cozy. Had a little trouble with the lock code to get in but it was not a deal breaker by no means. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully will in the future. Place was beautiful and we'll laid out. My wife absolutely loved the outdoor shower.

Nice design and aesthetic. Needs some safety and comfort improvements.

The code did not work and we had to call someone. They gave us the key box code, but using the key was difficult and especially difficult to get it out of the door knob lock once we locked the door.

As an Interior Designer, specializing in Vacation Rental Design - in fact, was in town to complete a delivery and installation for a property in Windmark - I will say the overall design and aesthetic was very nice. However a few things were discovered which put that property at risk for liability claims. The Counter stools are all very rickety and when just slightly moving one of them a bolt fell out from the bottom. In the front bedroom, there are 2 rugs, unevenly placed under the bed with a poor "overlap" or "meeting" of the two. The placement as well as the use of 2 rugs, rather than one properly sized rug, presents a very prominent trip risk. I stayed in this room, and I tripped a few times over the rug, which for me was VERY concerning since I am just 5 weeks post-op from a hip replacement. In the other bedroom, the sheets were very pilled. That particular set should be "retired" out of the cleaning services' inventory.

Everything was great & clean. I did however replace the flush valve on the downstairs toilet about the 3rd day there lol. Quick trip to the Ace Hardware and was fixed in 10 mins. Other than the slight inconvenience it was a great time. Will be back.
