We had a great time and had no issues at all. Its an older house that needs some TLC but everything works fine. We loved the area being a bit more out of town. Neighbors that are local are super nice!

We noticed the updates, new dining chairs, new barstools, new flooring and vanity in the guest bathroom. Kudos to these improvements. Things that could still use some attention: the master bedroom mattress. It is a pillow top mattress but the pillow is on the bottom and the bottom of the mattress is what we slept on! Also the railing on the bottom deck is in need of immediate attention. One end is not even attached and could cause someone to fall from the deck and hurt themselves. We love the charcoal grill, the toaster oven, the coffee maker etc., but more mixing bowls, knives and a cookie sheet or two would be very beneficial. The location of the house and proximity to the beach are top notch! With a little TLC this home could be a 5+ star rated rental. We loved our time spent here both last August and again last week.
