Not pleasant

The location

WiFi didn’t work, water leaking all down wall onto our bed and all over kitchen floor. Stayed super hot. Washing machine was super loud

No help from anyone on getting WiFi fixed after several calls

This townhouse is a short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to a fairly new appearing pool.

Great value for the closeness to the ocean and having a pool.

Some areas in the house were a little small, upstairs bathroom/sink areas- doors hit each other. Temperature was a little hard to get set right. It wasn’t a big deal for us as a family of 3.

Three different balconies were great. You could see parts of the ocean from all of them. Lots of books and some games!

The unit was nice. A tad dated (stains on couch and rugs, hold in flooring, gouges in walls, etc.) but overall a decent unit. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. It would have been nice to have some sort of beach equipment, but there was none advertised so I will not follow them for that. My biggest complaint is that we were sent the access code for the door, but not the gate that you have to go through to get to the unit. We arrived around 9:30 PM and had to contact the actual manager on site in order to gain access and to obtain the gate code for us to use during our stay. I attempted to call the property management number that was provided with the listing, but did not ever get an answer.

The beach house was clean and comfortable when we arrived. a short walk and you're at a beautiful white sand beach, we found a ton of lovely shells. a short drive and there's plenty of entertainment, restaurants and things to do. had a little hiccup with the door lock code but that was quickly resolved. overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend.
