Location, close to beach

Broken balcony door handle, lack of cleanliness in condo, bathroom door hard to open from hall side, light coming in the bedroom all night.

The view from the 5th floor is very nice. The Condo is spacious. I love the little boxes that the Avari Management Comp left for us to use a box of dish soap a new scrub pad washing pods, all brand new products. The towels also looked new or very well taken care of. I did have a few issues but they were resolved and no company is perfect so I am good with how it was resolved.I definitely would use this management company again.

This was a great getaway, accommodations were exactly what you need for a quick beach trip.

It was comfortable, very nice ocean view.

The handle on the sliding glass door is poorly repaired and was difficult to open and shut due to the handle not being repaired properly. It was put together with a screw and nut and a washer. The screw is bent from people pulling on it.
