House rules
No clothing or towels shall be hung outside the Units for 24 hours or more and no outdoor clothesline shall be maintained anywhere on premises. No electrical extension cords should be run or left on boardwalks as this is a safety hazard.
No outdoor cooking shall be allowed on Unit walkways, decks or porches. All grills (charcoal, gas, wood, electric, etc.) must be 10 feet from any structure. Campfires are permitted when contained in a manufactured fire pit/fire box with a spark arresting cover/top. Wood burning only. Disposal of ashes and charcoal must be done in proper metal receptacle with an abundance of caution; these items should not be disposed of on the sand or ground or into the dumpster.
Including but not limited to automobiles, sport utility vehicles, trucks, motor homes, golf carts and ATVs are not to be driven on any areas of the Condominium Property except designated streets. Operators of golf carts and ATVs must be at least 15 years of age with a permit or have a licensed person present with them in the vehicle. The maximum speed limit on the Condominium Property is 7 1/2 miles per hour (MPH). Unit Owners, as well as their family, guests, tenants or employees must observe all posted traffic regulations. Golf Carts and ATVs may be parked off gravel area but only in the immediate proximity of an Owner’s Unit.

Great property with plenty of room! All the amenities we could have needed! Close to the pool and the beach! Even with other rentals being close by it was very private and quiet! Check in was so easy and the cottage was very clean. Will definitely reserve this place again!
