Each cottage in the Rookery III community is individually owned and you may not use or borrow items, such as grills, outdoor furniture, beach equipment, etc from a unit other than the one you are renting.
Renters shall be allowed to rent a golf cart/LSV (low speed vehicle) from approved vendors only. Guests are prohibited from bringing their own golf cart/LSV. Approved vendors for The Rookery III are Island Carts, LLC, Coastal Golf Cart Rental LLC and Looks Good from Here LLC - Gulf Kart Rentals. Renters are allowed only one rental golf cart per unit. The Rookery III Condo Owner's Association is not responsible for any damages, accidents or injuries sustained due to or from operation of a golf cart on community property.
No outdoor cooking is allowed on walkways, porches or enclosed patio. Grills (charcoal, gas, wood, electric, etc.) are allowed but they should stand at least 4 (four) feet from unit or other structure. No grill shall be used on any porch area, screened or unscreened, next to the house or under any eaves or overhangs of the unit.

Very cute place! Clean and quiet. Only thing was so wish there was extra trash bags and the showers were out of conditioner and body soap but thatās the only issue!

This was a beautiful home! Very spacious and accommodating. Less than a mile from the beach however it is 15 minutes or so from the major town. Home was clean and I would definitely book again.

The houses was perfect for my family and I . Great stay about 20-30 away from the city and the community pool was very convenient.Will stay again !!
