You will have a sparkling private pool to enjoy on the sundeck that overlooks an expansive section of beachfront in Fort Morgan. Ample seating both indoors and outdoors makes reconnecting with family and friends a breeze. This home is also dog friendly! The interior has been thoughtfully upgraded with all-new living and dining room furniture, plus there is a custom bar on the deck surrounded by upscale outdoor lounge furniture. When you come, bring your lovely dog, as this amazing retreat welcomes dogs. The main living space is located on the second floor of the home. Here, guests will find an upgraded living space with an inviting living room with a large smart TV and comfortable sofas; a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, mini-fridge, stove, and oven; and two dining areas that comfortably seats entire groups and families. The beachfront balcony with bar seating is just perfect for alfresco snacks and meals with the beach and Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. This level also includes one bedroom. Walk upstairs to the third level, where guests will find four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are primary suites that face the Gulf. And last, but not least, the upper level hosts the third spacious primary suite with a private deck and an en suite bathroom, and a separate family room with a large smart TV and a full-size fridge. This was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, pool was nice, and we all loved the balconies and easy access to the beach! Could use a couple cosmetic repairs and some dish towels. But we loved our stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed the house. Comfortable, quiet, cool, great location, will definitely return. Loved availability of 6 parking places! Ice machine and Keurig-type coffee maker were nice surprises. Pool issue was resolved quickly. Convenient to leave chairs and tent on the beach. On the downside.... cleaning crew ran 30 minutes late so we had to wait around outside till they finished, dishes had residue on them, kitchen floor dirty as if not mopped, a fitted sheet was missing from the lower double bunk bed, only one kitchen towel, no pot holders or trivets. Would be nice to know ahead of time to bring extra kitchen towels, pot holders and blankets. Items needing attention: garbage disposal making noise, 4th fl balcony chair arm falls off.

You could not ask for better proximity to the beach! Love that you also have a view of the beach from the pool. Our family stayed here with my parents and brothers and wives and the house was perfect for us. Thank goodness for the elevator with going to the 4th floor, helping move things in and out, and for my parents in their 80’s. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the house and being right on the beach. It was clean and we had all we needed except do bring your own blankets. We had an issue with a drain and washer that were never taken care of even though we called for help with them. Otherwise we would certainly recommend staying here!! Loved being right on the beach and the kids loved the pool!
