The management company could have been more responsive and addressed our concerns on the first day.

It was comfortable and the management eventually addressed all our concerns. It’s a quiet location, a little bit away from the city.

We came into town Friday evening for a wedding on Saturday. I immediately noticed that there was an ironing board but no iron. There was also no body wash in either bathroom. Only shampoo and conditioner. I contacted the manager to get an iron and body wash delivered. They eventually got us the items two days later! We had to wear wrinkled clothes to the wedding. The onsite pool was also disgusting when we arrived on Friday. It was green, and full of leaves. They told me Monday was the soonest they can clean it (we were leaving Tuesday morning). But, it was finally cleaned on Sunday after several messages from me and the guests next door (two units share the pool). They said the pool was bad because the pump ran out but it was running when we arrived. I would not stay here again, the unit itself is great but the management company doesn’t seem to care. There are a lot of other places to choose from in the Gulf Shores area.

Safe location and away from the busy areas! Overall great stay (considering the weather) had it been warm enough to get in the pool I would have been upset. Inside the home was perfect, clean, and comfortable. I loved that they provided soaps, shampoos, conditioners & plenty of towels/wash cloths. The pool area is definitely in need of some maintenance. It’s partially shaded (which means tons of leaves everywhere and piled up along side the fence) but the shade is nice to keep from sun burning. The pool was not clean- blue water but full of bugs/debris. The skimmer wasn’t running but it could be due to the season we visited. Overall would stay again during colder weather.
