Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. It’s all here and waiting for you - do you hear the beach calling? Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

This Condo was absolutely perfect for my family and I. 4 persons to be exact. The property was clean and smelled nice. The view was spectacular and breathtaking. The kind size bed was so fluffy and comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds. Guest service was always on point and helpful. The walk to the beach was short & the beach was fun! The pools was very clean and fun. Everything about the property exceeded my expectations and it was a very fun fulfilled vacation. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I stay for a couple of days.
