The main living space of this gem of a home is on the first floor featuring a bright open layout and delightful beach and ocean views from every window. The living room has been furnished with comfort in mind and boasts three comfortable sofas in front of a fireplace and a flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD/VCR. This is a great spot to hang out with your friends and watch TV, plan your next moves, or simply relax with a good book in hand. There is a convenient wet bar under the stairs, which is perfect to show off your bartender skills and prepare delicious cocktails for your group. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including an extra full-size refrigerator that can be found in the laundry room right off the kitchen. It's complete with custom cabinets, black granite countertops, and incredible amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The elegant breakfast bar wraps around the kitchen and seats 10 people comfortably. If you'd like to have more of a formal mealtime, the glass dining table awaits with space for eight. We loved the fact that we didn’t have to share the beach with hordes of people. The house was wonderful, with plenty of room for everyone. A/C was great and kept us all cool. Kitchen was equipped for everything and having a second refrigerator was awesome. We have already booked for next year!
