We were supposed to stay at the Indies next door but due to some water issues we were put at the Dunes. The condo is simple (decor/furniture wise) but it was very clean (coming from a germaphobe) and it had everything we needed. I think the price is very fair for the decor so no complaints. :) We don’t spend a lot of time inside usually since we are at the beach all day or out in the town. Having satellite was a nice plus even if we weren’t inside a lot but we were able to enjoy some shows in the morning/evening ( my tween son enjoyed it). The fridge looked newer and very clean and although I don’t typically use fridge ice or water we did end up using it since it was clean. The toaster, coffee pot, and Kurig were handy. I prefer stainless steel cooking utensils and pots/pans which they had and I also like ceramic/glass plates/cups which they also provided . The main bed (memory foam) was comfy and the blackout curtains made for a nice sleep experience. Even thought it’s close to the elevator we didn’t experience much noise ( we went in offseason though). Nice view since it’s from the 7th floor. Elevators were always available and quick. They have plenty of carts for loading/unloading. The grounds are kept up, tidy, and calm. The shower heads were nice. The AC worked great. No issues using the washer/dryer (also very clean). I would certainly stay here again (family of 3). We used the outdoor grill to the side of the building and it was also clean. Short walk to the beach (assuming physical capabilities allow you to walk easily).

Room was great with beautiful view and everything we could imagine needing for the beach! Ice was even ready for us in the freezer! It was also nice having a full size washer / dryer. Will definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room for 3 adults, a teen, and 2 preschoolers. Enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The condo had beach chairs, toys, and a wagon that was available for our use. The kitchen was well equipped with the things we needed to cook with. Our family enjoyed our stay and can't wait to plan another stay in 704.
