Located on West Beach Blvd., a dead-end road that eliminates traffic, this home at Mustique is decorated wonderfully and has enough space to accommodate your group. This condo complex is located directly on the lagoon and across the street from the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It has its own private beach access walkway. No high-rise buildings block your view of the beach or the lagoon. The primary bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a king bed. Each room has a television for your entertainment purposes as well as new furniture! The kitchen is large and fully stocked, giving the group chef plenty of options. There are plenty of spaces to sit at the table and bar. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, you will feel at home and in luxury. There is a wet bar, wine cooler & separate ice maker for your convenience. Walk into the condo and you will be amazed at how large and spacious a condo it is. Straight across is the half bathroom. To the left, you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom four has a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate garden tub & dual sinks. Bedroom three has a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms three and four share a balcony that faces the lagoon - enjoy sunrise or sunset over the lagoon. If you turn right as you walk in, to the left is a large laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer, and then the condo opens up. To your right is the second bedroom with two double beds, a television & full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. To the left is a fully stocked kitchen that opens into the dining area and living area with balcony access. The living area has a large television for you to enjoy. Further, across from the living area, on the right, is a large, spacious, primary bedroom suite! The primary bedroom suite has its own balcony access, television, and full-size bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower & separate garden tub. We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay. The air conditioning unit for the front part of the property was not working, leaving half of our group to spend the majority of our vacation in temperatures exceeding 80 degrees. We reported the issue on Tuesday through the provided text message service, but did not receive any resolution until Friday. It was only after we began calling repeatedly that a technician was finally sent to the property. When the technician arrived, he informed us that someone was already aware of the issue, as a component had been intentionally disconnected. This makes the delay in response even more frustrating. We paid $5,800 for what was supposed to be a meaningful family vacation, and instead spent a significant portion of it uncomfortable and unable to fully enjoy our time. Despite multiple requests to escalate the matter to management and to discuss appropriate compensation, we have yet to receive a meaningful response. This experience was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

This condo is great for a large group. Picturesque ocean views from the front and bay views from the back. Location is prime and beaches are enjoyable and not as crowded. Easy to get to all of the hotspots. Vacasa was super helpful and responsive to us our whole stay
