Directly behind this complex lie the eight mile Little Lagoon waters. The Alabama Gulf State Park & Fishing Pier, Waterville USA, the Fort Morgan Historic Site, and the Track are all a short drive from this rental. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina (both within 12 miles of this rental) offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport equipment rentals. When you want to grab a bite to eat, popular local restaurants include Picnic Beach, the Cove Bar and Grill, and Cactus Cantina. You'll also find plenty of boutique shopping at SanRoc Cay and the Wharf.

The property was clean and comfortable. Checkin was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. There is a 35 cash-only parking fee required that isn't in the listing. Be prepared. This condo essentially has two master suites, and a half bath in the hall. Great for privacy if two couples are travelling together. The right-side Master mattress needs to be replaced. You roll to the center and can hear the springs when you move on it. There are two elevators, luggage carts available that will actually roll into the condo, which is super convenient, and guests can load/unload under the parking garage in case of inclimate weather. This is a well designed condo that is quiet and has a lot of conveniences. It's a bit of a drive from the main parkway, but well worth it if you enjoy a clean, quiet beach experience.

The place was very spacious, and the unit was clean. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony, with the beach located right across the street, as well as the beautiful view of the pool. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The price for parking was a bit ridiculous and the living furniture was different than pictured but overall it was nice
