One level and all together!

The house overall is a bit older but fairly well maintained. The furniture could be updated but the beds were pretty good. Location to the beach is great. The area outside the house is not crowded - you basically have the area out the back of your house to yourself.
The house is well laid out with 4 bedrooms including a bunk room. Deck is partially covered for rainy days.
The downsides no hot water in outdoor shower and no hose under house to wash beach chairs and other items from sand.
Overall - location is great and house is well set up.
