Responsiveness was great before check in and after. Maintenance issue not responded to without a phone call. We resolved part of the issue. Overall satisfied and great location! Very clean and roomy. Amenities were average.

We used this house for my Bach trip with 10 girls! It was perfect for the amount of people. My only hesitation with the place was the cleanliness. The air vent downstairs was noticeably dusty and very unclean. There was a stale odor in some rooms but nothing room spray wonā€™t fix! We noticed several comforters stained with brown residue. Lucky we had blankets so we just used what we had brought instead of using the comforters. Also prepare to bring your own basic seasonings. There was no salt or pepper which shocked me. But overall we would rent this place again! We had a great stay!

Great home in Gulf Shores, with easy access to the beach! We were a group of adult friends without the kids for a weekend, and this home was great. Beds were comfortable, and the space was clean. Not much to worry about beyond that. We didn't really use the kitchen, and as others have mentioned the deck is worn, but the interior was fresh and the beach is just steps away.
