Beach days here are fun and stress-free, and made all the easier by the provided beach wagon and gear. After a fun-filled day of combing the white sand for seashells, walk home to be greeted by a community swimming pool in the complex.

Back at this two-story condo, you can toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, unwind in central air conditioning, and get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Sit down to eat at the breakfast bar and the high-top table, break out one of the provided board games after dinner, and gather in the living room beneath soaring ceilings to watch movies. At night, in addition to the two main-floor bedrooms, there's an open sleeping loft with a TV accessible by spiral staircase.

I want to commend Avari Mgmt Alabama on being very responsive and for rectifying the cleaning issues that we discussed.

Our stay at this Avari Management property was an absolute nightmare. The Wi-Fi was broken the entire time. This caused massive stress for my family, as my 4-year-old son is level 2 autistic and relies heavily on his educational apps to safely decompress in new environments.

Worse, the unit had severe safety hazards. Two upstairs beds were structurally unsound—one had loose rails that almost scratched my son's back, and the other was completely missing four support rails. Downstairs, the sofa was missing an entire leg and had a broken wooden slat, causing it to collapse when my child sat on it.

Management completely ignored our maintenance requests during the trip, only offering automated checkout texts. They finally replied a day *after* checkout to say it was fixed for the next guest. Unacceptable service and highly dangerous for families with smaller children. Avoid.
