Beach days here are fun and stress-free, and made all the easier by the provided beach wagon and gear. After a fun-filled day of combing the white sand for seashells, walk home to be greeted by a community swimming pool in the complex. Back at this two-story condo, you can toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, unwind in central air conditioning, and get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Sit down to eat at the breakfast bar and the high-top table, break out one of the provided board games after dinner, and gather in the living room beneath soaring ceilings to watch movies. At night, in addition to the two main-floor bedrooms, there's an open sleeping loft with a TV accessible by spiral staircase. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. We love the proximity to the beach, just a quick walk and you’re there. We love the quiet side of town. Beds are a little firm to what we are accustomed to but still slept well. Neighbors are very nice. One of them let my grandson know he had left a light on in his car. We haven’t stayed in this unit before and will definitely rent it again.

This condo was perfect and has more than enough room. Although the description states there is a wagon to make the beach trip less stressful I wasn't able to locate a wagon in the condo but that was okay. There also should be more than one assigned parking spot for a room that holds up to 10 guest as we had two vehicles and the parking lot only has 4 unassigned parking spots so I did have to pay daily for public parking across the street for one of our cars. Honestly the parking would be the only thing that would keep us from staying here again. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and give the room itself a 10 out of 10
