Location, size of the house and porch

The the AC return vents were covered in dust. Freezer on fridge didnt work properly . Kitchen sink has a drip. Not enough towels provided for a house this size.

When we arrived we couldn't get in. The manager had not sent the code at check in time. I waited an hour to get the entry code.

While unloading we almost got locked out again because we were not instructed that the door locks automatically. The door was very loose and I didn't feel secure.

After spending the next day out shopping and eating we couldn't get in. The code no longer worked for the lock. After contacting the manager it took 2 hours for them to finally show up to resolve the problem. They stated this was a new system and they were having some problems!

I have requested a refund for the time I was not able to get access to the house, and therefore, the beach, my stuff, and my medication. I have not heard back.

This experience made for a bad start to our vacation. This was not my first experience with Airbnb, but it was my worst!
