This beautiful Sanibel condo is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath suite located across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a boardwalk to the beach with benches, a restroom, a volleyball net, and a shower. Gulf Shores is full of family activities that include golf, fishing, restaurants, a water park, a zoo, movies, and mega outlet shopping. The 28-foot-long balcony is perfect for relaxing while enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf waters. There are four armchairs with ottomans and tables and chairs on the balcony. You'll have the Gulf Of Mexico to the south and Little Lagoon to the north, so everyone can find lots of things to do. Bike riding and walking are available everywhere, with riding trails out the front and back of the unit.

This was my wife and mine’s second trip to Gulf Shores and booking at the Sanibel and we absolutely loved it! This unit was even better than the one last year. Clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway at the beach. We would most certainly book again!

The communication was off between Avari's management & the condo management team. I had the same issue with both security guards, one who came up to our condo and demanded we leave because we had a service animal. I explained I put all of the details about my service animal in the reservation, to which the security guard responded by asking me what tasks the service animal knew and asked what was the medical condition. That whole ordeal was very disrespectful and off putting to me, I was inconvenienced because the condo wasn't aware the service animal was attached to the reservation. Very upsetting experience. We followed all of the rules & picked up behind him when he went outside. Other than that, we had an issue with the ice maker and one of the closet doors getting stuck but maintenance responded within an timely manner & resolved both issues. Condo was beautiful with great views of the beach & clean. My fiancé enjoyed her birthday, except for the service animal ordeal.

The place was exactly as described. Location was great because it wasnt crowded. The view was amazing. I would stay there again. We loved how the unit was decorated. I believe they used sand and seashells from the beach if not it sure looked like it.

Enjoyed the beautiful view and easy access to the beach! Great location on the strip so very close to everything. Loved the spacious bathrooms too!
