See what guests are saying

Steps from the sand and minutes from restaurants and piers, this clean, well‑equipped condo offers comfy beds, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and quick, helpful host communication—an excellent, family‑friendly value for beach getaways. Guests praise the spotless rooms, quiet setting and easy beach access; note it’s a third‑floor walk‑up with a worn sofa and some variability in mattress firmness.

It was perfect for our family. Comfortable and clean. It was home away from home. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach as well.

The only thing would be whatever is used to clean the fridge made it have a strong perfume/cleaner smell in the freezer and fridge. Maybe having a baking soda box in it to keep odors down.

Avari response:

Thank you, Dodson, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that our place felt like a home away from home for your family and that you enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the space. Being close to the beach is definitely a bonus, and we love that you could make the most of it.

We appreciate your feedback about the cleaning products used in the fridge. That shouldn't have happened, and we understand how it could impact your experience. We'll definitely look into adding a baking soda box to help with any odors in the future. Your comfort is important to us, and we want to ensure every detail is just right.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another wonderful stay!

Wonderful area, away from the crowds. The beach is right across the street and the condos have a pool. My family and I enjoyed it. We will stay again.

Great unit and location. Kitchen has everything- it’s just fully furnished. The only negative things was the challenge finding the unit. We arrived late and it was dark - the black unit numbers on the dark brown paint are really difficult to see. Otter than that everything was amazing. Thank you.
