No staff onsite. No help when needed.

The location and pool

No staff on property. We paid for assigned parking, but someone else took it and we had no recourse. When we called we were referred to another phone that gave us beach updates. No help !

Condo is 2 bedroom and it was clean

There was only 1 bedspread for 3 beds. The sleeper sofa mattress needs replaced. There are some holes left from door knobs in wall and wood in bathroom is bad.

I want to say the area is great close to literally everything. We had a good view of the beach from our balcony. Instructions to get there and to check in and out were good as well. However, the unit had a noticeable smell like it smelt old. The couch and recliner had white stains on them. It wasn’t the cleanest but it was mainly due to stains. On our first night we noticed that the outlets in the living room weren’t working and the host was able to get someone there to fix it. However the fix was electric tape…. My third day I got a new towel and noticed that it had blood on it (master). And upon further inspection of the bathroom I saw blood on the door frame and finger prints in blood as well. The bathroom had rust stains on the floor. The guest bathroom had holes in the shower and their shower curtain had blood on it as well. I reached out the host about the blood and they apologized and said to do better. Overall it was a decent stay but I would not stay there again.
