Here at Las Palmas, you'll be mere steps from the complex's outdoor pool, community barbecue and seating, and approximately a quarter-mile up the road from a public access point to the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two covered parking spots.
What's Nearby: This condo is perfect for any outdoor enthusiasts because of its close proximity to sport-fishing, parasailing, zip-lining, jet skiing, diving and so much more! Throw on a bathing suit and walk to the gulf-front beach public access point just down West Beach Boulevard. During the summer months, The Hangout Festival brings together tons of music for the connoisseur of any genre. Nearby there are many kid-friendly activities such as The Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, mini golf courses, and go-kart racing.

Very well stocked and clean. Would stay there again, but just a couple suggestions.The combination lock is very sensitive and had a hard time getting in, so a key would be much better. However, when we called and they gave us the lock box combination for the key there was no key in it. So that is first suggestion because the keypad for the 10 digit combination is very sensitive and took several tries to get in.Just a couple suggestions though -- the front room fan makes a terrible noise so couldn't turn it on.The slider to the patio if you close it all the way sometimes the latch falls on its own, and could easily get locked out - fortunately one of us was still inside to unlock itThe only other thing was the parking was confusing. It made it sound like one space was included and any additional vehicles would have to pay, so that was a bit ambiguous is all.Had a wonderful time and was very pleased with location of condo to beach and stores and was a very comfortable accommodation.

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament enjoyed our stay, great location. Place was clean to a point. Went to use dishes and they were dirty had to be washed before we used them. One of the pools was under construction wasn’t a huge deal but a little disappointing because it was the largest of the two and we weren’t told ahead of time. Great view of the harbor watch the sun rise and set on the harbor.
