Overview

Sparkling white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico fill your views from Lighthouse 613, a gulf-front condo with a shaded balcony overlooking the beach and wonderful resort amenities waiting right downstairs.


This condo is open and air-conditioned, offering a full kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room with a flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. All of the bedrooms have TVs as well, while free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the at-home conveniences.


Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. The parking deck was a little hard to navigate and especially difficult in a large vehicle- there is a floor dedicated to large vehicles but you have to weave through two other floors to get there. Some of the pictures didn’t match our room and therefore bed sizing was different. Overall, a great stay.

The condo was just as described, the balcony and quick access to the beach was great. However, the management company doesn’t seem to exist beyond automated messages. The WiFi code did not work and one of our kids had online classes they had to use WiFi. I messaged multiple times, called, sat on hold for very long and never got a response. Not helpful at all if there is an issue. The blender in the kitchen was disgusting and had not been cleaned, and when we went to do a final walkthrough at exactly 10:00 on check out day, the lock had already changed

The condo was very clean but didn’t have as many amenities in the condo as others we’ve stayed at. Also had items that didn’t work and was told maintenance (Vacasa) would be by and they never showed.
