Communication with host and location was excellent! Room was just ok. Felt like we could fall through the floors and it had several things broken. The blinds didn’t close in main room for privacy, electrical outlets out of wall (not ideal for kids!), stove eye broken, towel rack broken, and rocking chair broken. Just needs to be updated. Did get the job done for the price though! We would come back, just look for a nicer room.

Avari response:

Thank you, Sydney, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you found our communication and location to be excellent. However, we truly regret that the condition of the room did not meet your expectations. It’s important to us that our guests feel safe and comfortable, and we understand how concerning it must have been to encounter those issues.

We appreciate your feedback about the broken items and the need for updates. We take this seriously and will address these concerns with our maintenance team to ensure that future guests have a better experience.

We’re happy to hear that you would consider returning, and we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable stay next time. Thank you again for your insights, and we hope to welcome you back soon.

June 2026

Overall okay place and easy to get to the beach. Pool was convenient. There were not bunk beds as pictured which wasn’t a big deal cause our kids aren’t too old to share a bed.

There are several general upgrades needed to the place and a several things were broken. Those were reported to the host and hopefully will be taken care.

All that being said for the price and location it was a good deal.

Over all my stay was great I will be booking again

I loved the property it was located around a lot of places and the beach was walking distances

What I didnt like was the lockbox for the key wouldn’t open and I had to keep looking at the door code if they would leave keys inside the property it would be a good help. Also no tub wasn’t a good thing for me
