North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. Great view. The condo was up to date and very clean. The pools were freezing, but it was October. This unit is right next to the elevator, so anyone sleeping in the front bedroom might want to pack earplugs. But in the master it was not an issue. But on the positive side, it is right in the middle of the tower so it has the best view. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of having to pay for parking. I really feel that should be included in the rental price. $20 a day is excessive and a money grab.

Our family of 5 enjoyed this condo. Excellent experience booking, checking in and checking out. Great amenities. Great location. Beautiful views. Despite current construction, our stay was pleasant with minimal noise and we had full access to the breezeway, beach access and all pools/hotubs. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We love the condo, it had everything we needed other than basic amenities like salt and pepper. The floors were dirty and they could use a deep clean, but overall it was clean enough, and the master bed has been replaced and is decently comfortable. The amenities are great it's easy to get to the pools and the beach. The only thing I would really complain about is the surprise $20 a day parking fee. There's one line in the vacation rental that says something about paying to park, but this is literally the first place I've ever been that we had to pay for one vehicle to park, and $20 a day is ridiculous. Even for a second vehicle at the first place we stayed we only had to pay $10 for the whole four nights, this cost is $60 for three nights and and was not expected at all after already budgeting for the condo. The condo is big, the beds are comfortable, the views are unbeatable, and the amenities are great. It's very annoying having to wear a bracelet the entire time you're there but you got to do what you got to do. Doesn't take 5 minutes to walk to the beach and you're pretty comfortable the whole way. This room is actually right outside the elevator which was nice. You could hear construction noise but it wasn't too awful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo's proximity to everything, just 5-10 minutes away, was a significant advantage. Having three pools to choose from was also a notable benefit. This condo stood out from others in the complex due to its direct beach view. The bedroom's patio door, which led directly onto the patio, was another appreciated feature. We disagreed with previous reviews regarding the primary bed's comfort, we loved it. I'm guessing its new. We loved it so much we took the sheets off trying to find out what brand it was so we could purchase one for home. No complaints at all. We certainly plan to return.
