THINGS TO KNOW
Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.

Very nice room with amazing views. Need a new couch bed if anyone is sleeping on it, but other than that everything wonderful.

We liked that it was close to the stores and restaurants. We also liked that we were close to the beach.

The property management company was responsive and friendly. We were provided only 4 bath towels for 5 guests and they quickly responded and provided additional towels the next day.
The property was nice overall, but the furniture is showing wear. The sofa bed looked old and stained. The springs that hold the mattress support stretched and no longer held one corner down. Thankfully we planned ahead and brought an air mattress and linens for it.
The king size bed was a firm tempurpedic type mattress. It was uncomfortable at first, but we adjusted to the mattress ok. However, the box springs were terribly loud and squeaky. We were often woken up by the noise when we rolled over.
The guest bedroom mattress was very soft and the room was comfortable enough. The only downside is one of the elevators is right outside of the room so if you’re a light sleeper you will hear the elevators at night.
Lastly there were several aged and broken pieces of patio furniture.
