Nice getaway for first timers

Location was great! A VERY SHORT walk to the beach and not by too much traffic spots. The pool was a nice size. The bedrooms were nice sizes, bathroom was a decent size. The kitchen has every amenity you could ask for- plates, glasses, utensils, small appliances-crock pot, blender, coffee pot Keurig, toaster, microwave. It has cutting boards, pots, pans, cookie sheets. Nice staff on site! On site parking. Ceiling fans. Washer/dryer included. Nice sitting area outside door.

The walls are very thin- you can hear everything from your neighbors, including loud kids and the TV as well as the people walking staying above you. The air conditioning is very loud when it turns on. The floors were not clean (mopped) they were pretty dirty. The dishes and utensils are not washed after use by hosts, they are washed by dishwasher, so inspect before use. The king size bed was loud and squeaky.
