PROS
Central AC works EXTREMELY well
Kitchen extremely clean
House exactly as described
Directly across from the public access point of the beach
On site pool small, but very refreshing
Provided laundry detergent, sufficient toilet paper; trash bags, etc.
Quiet area during off season- walls are very thin, but the host can't control that
Everything needed is close by

CONS
Bathroom wasn't clean. I had to wash the rug because it was covered in sand and debris. Shower glass not cleaned
Mattress extremely noisy and doesn't have a mattress cover between the mattress and sheet
Fitted sheet kept coming off- not made for a deep mattress
Flat sheet stained
Outside ac is EXTREMELY noisy and shakes the wall and floor in bedroom. It's elevated, but likely needs to be serviced, as it shouldn't vibrate THAT much
Wish the airbnb provided beach supplies wagon and chairs
Wifi spotty, at best- television would not stay on
Lock code extremely long. Make it the renters phone number or shorten

Be advised that there are 4 airconditioner units mounted to the main bedroom wall outside by the window if your are a light sleeper . Other than that perfect .
