Great location. Room is nice but needs a little maintenance. Filter water faucet is no longer attached to the sink. Drain in shower is not attached.

The only real complaint is the stairs and long walk from full size parking area. Yes there is an elevator but it's on the front side by beach road so it's a long walk either way.
Also there is no cart in the room to bring your luggage up or take back down

Perfect location and we could walk to multiple places which makes things so much easier. My only complaint is the mattress was not that comfortable but that is probably more of a preference as I prefer a slightly firmer mattress. Had everything we needed and water pressure was great.
