When we arrived, the floor was dirty under the trash can. The counters looked clean initially, but when we moved the coffee maker, there was quite a bit of coffee residue underneath. It may be helpful to remind the cleaning staff to move items when cleaning, rather than just cleaning around them. We noticed a layer of dust on some of the furniture. We understand there isn’t much time between check-out and check-in, so it wasn’t a big deal just an FYI that a deep clean now and then could be helpful. The lock on the sliding glass door works, but there’s a screw missing in the jamb part of the latch that might need attention. One more thing: the power outlets in both restrooms aren’t working, which was a bit frustrating since it made things like using a hairdryer difficult. That’s definitely something that should be fixed as soon as possible. *For future renters reading this post: there is a wonderful ice maker in the unit...Vacasa told us there wasnt one so we loaded up on ice at rouses and had to give some away because it wouldn't all fit in the freezer* All that said, we really enjoyed the place especially having a ground floor unit with a yard, which was a huge plus. We’d love to come back!

I rented this for my husband and my daughter and her family. They have two young children. It was great that they could just play in the grass outside the condo while we sat in the porch. It was also great to not have to lug beach gear into the elevators. We just walked out the door to the boardwalk or pool.
