Even though what was mentioned above on what I didn’t like, it was still a good place to stay.

I love how homey it felt!

Could use a bit of an upgrade. There wasn’t a lampshade on one of the lamps in the master bedroom. You had to flip a light switch to work the outlets. The tv would randomly mute itself. There wasn’t a hole in the wall.

Avari response:

We appreciate your feedback, Caitlin, and we're glad to hear that you found our condo to have a homey feel. It’s wonderful to know that you enjoyed your stay overall.

We take your comments about the upgrades to heart. The details you mentioned, like the lampshade and the TV, are important for creating a comfortable experience, and we will certainly look into those. Thank you for bringing them to our attention.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’re always striving to enhance our guests' experiences.

Other than that we had a great time.

Location and apartment was very attractive.

The parking. Registration with a Q card was difficult to get it accepted.
Kitchen faucet worked but was loose from the sink. Front toilet to right ran awhile after flushing.

Avari response:

Thank you, Gary, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the apartment attractive. It’s always our goal to provide a comfortable and inviting space for our guests.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the parking and the issues with the kitchen faucet and toilet. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused during your stay. We take these concerns seriously and will address them with our maintenance team to ensure everything is in top shape for future guests.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again. There’s so much more to explore in Orange Beach, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again.

Everything was exceptional clean room, view was beautiful. I would like that same apartment when we return next year for our 1st marriage anniversary.

We like everything.
