The condo has a lot of room especially since there was only two staying. Bed in master bedroom very comfortable. Love that the room had a ceiling fan. We will definitely return for another visit.

The location and amenities of the Summerchase are worth the cost of the rental. There are some cosmetic issues in this unit but nothing that impacts the overall stay at 804. This unit is located next to a few beach houses and a vacant lot making the beach less busy than other condos I've stayed. The balcony views and comfy tall chairs lend to hours of enjoying the ocean.

The view!! It’s the best part. You can even see the sunrise from the master bed. Location was great too.
