Disappointed 😞
Not as expected 😕

It was quiet in the community and there was privacy.

Coffee maker was not working well. Leaked and the carafe was broken .Dishwasher wouldn't come on and was full of water. Low water pressure and not hot, in either shower. Trash can in kitchen,had no replacement bags. Biggest issue was not being able to reach management. Bed linens in primary were very worn and need replacing. Pillows were terrible. No hairdryer, either. Bathrooms could use towel holders for hand towels. Soap dish for primary bathroom would be nice. Kitchen had only one thin towel. Not much in the way of utensils, either for cooking. Vent over the stove didn't work. Basically, this unit needs some TLC. I don't think we will stay there, again.

Good Location. Not good service.

The location. The bathrooms were clean.

The dishwasher didn’t work. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets because the dishwasher didn’t work and no one noticed. The air filter in the AC unit was so so dirty that the AC wouldn’t cool and it was bent in from the AC unit trying to stuck air through it. We took it out during our stay, otherwise it wouldn’t have cooled at all. We messaged the property about both of these issues and no one ever showed to repair the issues.

My family of 3 got in at 3:30 PM. At arrival the master bedroom light was on and bed was left unmade/dirty. We took a picture & sent it to have the bed refreshed for our stay. After multiple calls and no response on the app.. We were told we would have fresh linens by the following morning. We had to sleep the first night in 2 twin beds. Avari was unhelpful and could not get a response from their local team. I had to call multiple times the next morning for an update, but never received one. At 3:00 pm (24 hours later), we finally had a full size bed to sleep in.

After this experience I would not recommend any location managed by Avari. The support number is your typical 1-800 number with no one local that can actually help.

Airbnb was very cute, across the street from the beach and right on the bay. Plus, We were able to fish at night on the docks! Owners need a new management team to make it 10/10!
