After sufficiently decompressing, head back inside to survey your new digs. The light-filled main space features a well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a snack or a feast. The adjacent dining area seats four, with room for two more at the breakfast bar.

The living room features a flatscreen with cable and a comfortable couch for later – but now it’s time to make a beeline for the sand via the public beach access, just 0.1 mile away across the street. Visit the complex’s shared outdoor pool, take the two available adult-size bikes for a spin, or – if you’re feeling particularly energetic – visit the shared gym and sneak in a workout.

After a day out enjoying all Orange Beach has to offer, head back to home base to settle in for the evening. The TV and couch await, or break out a board game for more together time. End the day as you began, out on your balcony, enjoying the ocean breeze.

This stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations based on the listing.
A primary reason we selected this property was for the advertised gym amenity. Despite numerous requests, we were never provided with the access code.
The outdoor lighting did not work, and the microwave was improperly mounted and appeared to be falling off, raising safety concerns. The entrance gate code was also not provided upon arrival. There was visible mold throughout the shower area (photos attached), the wicker furniture was outdated and stained, and the dishes were dirty, requiring us to wash everything
Communication with the host was consistently poor. Messages were met with automated responses, and repeated follow-ups regarding access issues and parking reimbursement went unanswered.
Additionally, there was an undisclosed $50 parking fee. Although we were told this would be reimbursed, we were required to pay upfront& still no reimbursement or response.

The location, eating breakfast on the balcony at sunrise. Easy access the beach, putting out our boat, walking and biking trials, shopping, thrifting, adventure parks, the Welcome center, restaurants and entertainment.
