The listing for a Condo in Orange beach AL stated 2 free parking spots. A week before and after we paid in full they sent us a message on their website that also said 2 free parking spots. When I went to register found out they were $50 each for the week. They never responded to my messages so I called and after waiting for a long time spoke to a Vacasa rep that said sorry, you have to pay despite what the listing says. Contacted AirBnB who were helpful and they said we could get 1 free parking spot, but I had to pay and then get reimbursed by Vacasa. When I contacted Vacasa for the refund 2 days before we left they said the listing now shows (meaning they just changed it!) NO free parking. Again contacted AirBnB and finally got a refund. This was WAY more work than needed for a measly $50 refund that was 100% Vacasa's fault. I sent a complaint that their customer service was terrible and got the typical condescending thanks we'll look into that. Beware if book with Vacasa!
