Rest up in the inviting living area after spending the day using the resort's shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts (tennis and basketball), or a well-equipped fitness room. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the private balcony with Gulf views an outdoor dining area will allow you to enjoy your meals with a view.

The golfers in the club will be thrilled! The Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses are nine and 14 miles away respectively. For some family-friendly fun, Highway 59 is only seven miles away and it features Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. The Gulf State Park offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an on-site restaurant.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Great location. Over thing negative I can say is that the previous rented broke a shelf in one of the bathrooms so we couldn’t use it. Also we had some neighbors that were extremely loud. Notified management about this more than once and nothing was done🤷🏼‍♂️

It was a beautiful condo with plenty of space for all 6 of us. My grandson lost his cross chain (which was very special to him) at the pool and the security people went through the security tape to help us track it down. They finally found it the next day. They went above and beyond.They also took care of an issue we had with the family above us partying late into the night. We had a great time

The location was perfect for our family of 5. The Condo was great with no complaints. The Palms building codes need some work, the room code was correct no issues, but the door codes and gym room codes were not correct. We reached out to them and took over 1 business day to get a response. So in the meantime we found friendly people staying there that assisted us with the correct codes to access the beach walkway and the gym area.

The beach view was beautiful, and the condo is in a great location with very easy beach access.A few things to be aware of: the room was not ready when we received the text saying it was available for check-in, and it was still not ready at the advertised 4:00 PM check-in time because the cleaning crew was finishing up. There was also some sand left on the floor when we arrived.Parking can be a challenge if you’re traveling with multiple vehicles. Only two parking passes are provided for the condo, so any additional vehicles will need to find and pay for parking elsewhere. This appears to be a common issue in Orange Beach rather than something specific to this property.We also had trouble with the beach gate access codes, as the codes provided to us did not match the actual gate codes. Fortunately, another guest helped us with the correct information.One thing that may be important for families or longer stays: the master bedroom TV is the only TV with a full selection of streaming apps. The other TVs were limited to Netflix and Samsung TV Plus. We brought a Fire Stick to use on one of the other TVs, but we were unable to get the Wi-Fi to connect to it.Overall, we had a good trip, enjoyed the location, and loved being so close to the beach.
