All the gorgeous landscaping and it has a great atmosphere and in a good location can't wait to come again

Outside all the different flowers and scenery was beautiful the pool area was great and it was handicap accessible we had a great time

I liked that the area was peaceful and quiet, and we had easy access to the beach right across the street. The view was amazing, and overall the place was very comfortable. It also had all the cleaning essentials and dishes we needed during our stay.

I didn’t like the experience we had with parking. We had a hard time trying to pay for it because the system kept saying my information could not be found, so I wasn’t able to register our vehicle. I contacted Booking.com for assistance and also reached out to the staff at the Grand Caribbean, but neither was helpful. The assistance we received regarding this issue was honestly terrible.

It was also frustrating to have to pay separately for parking after already paying to stay there. On top of that, we were informed that our vehicle could be towed over something that was completely out of our control.
