this location was great given the convenience of parking, ease of check-in, distance to restaurant locations + grocery stores, and communication from the host. i recommend staying here. it looks EXACTLY like the photos and it's in a sweet spot just off the elevator. the bedroom has a large window and door to the balcony. the living (sitting area) has a door to the balcony. the tenants are friendly along with the host. the beach it less than 2 minutes walking distance. it's basically in the backyard or the back yard of the apartment.

Enjoyed every minute of our pre-Christmas getaway. Home was clean, spacious, and close to town. We enjoyed walking to starbucks in the morning and shops at night. Close to really good restaurants. Would visit again!!

Our unit at Summer Chase was pretty amazing, few kinks I let the owner know about, so hopefully they fix. It was overall very clean, had everything we needed. Amazing view, very nice staff. Clean pool indoor and out. We love Summer Chase condos, this was our 3rd time!! Can't wait to be back.

The easy access to the unit, did not have to interact with anyone. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING. Probably one of the best view up or down the beach. Literally from the room to the sand was 90 seconds and that’s including the ride on the elevator. Great access to all surrounding businesses, literally walking distance to everything. Definitely will book again.

We had a great stay! The property was beautiful and it looked exactly like the pictures listed. The guest room TV was older and only played DVDs (which we did not have and none were provided). The patio sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close. It would have been nice to be able to use that instead of the entrance from the primary bedroom more. Also, there was no spatula ;)
