A bright, beautifully decorated condo delivers spectacular beachfront views, effortless beach access and close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect location. Condo was clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby. Nice pool area. Chair rental directly in front of condo. My only complaint is the bedding - the top coverlet felt like we were covered with 2 sheets. Could use some extra blankets! Other than that we were very pleased!

Avari according to the HOA used to be called Vacasa they are rebranding to Avari because they have had such negative feedback. We checked in Saturday and immeditely notified them that only one tv was working which was master bed, since I had a handicapped mother in law with me who couldn’t really go to the beach being able to watch tv in living room was crucial, they didn’t fix the tv until Friday night and we checked out the next day. We also had a situation where plumbing above us failed and started leaking through our bathroom on day 3 of the vacation and Avari didn’t make really any attempts to get it fixed the HOA of the building did, sowe spent everyday of our trip from then on with plumbers in and out of our room. We paid 2200 for a week and when I asked for money back they only wanted to offer 175, when I said that wasn’t enough they went to 420, I said minimum 500 and they said maybe and still haven’t received any money, they also tried to blame HOA for all the traffic in room

This condo was nice! The building itself was extremely clean and well kept. The condo itself was very basic. Had exactly what we needed. It was a great location, on the second floor, not too far from the elevator. Beach and pool access was very easy. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Overall, it was fairly clean. The shower curtain liner in the guest bathroom had dirt and stains on it. There were no washcloths provided. The rug in the living room appeared to have not been vacuumed well. The beds were very comfortable and the views were amazing! We would stay here again.
