June 2026

We had a great time. It’s obviously an older establishment but that doesn’t bother us. It was clean and low key. The condo staff (not the rental agency) are elusive or nonexistent, but luckily we didn’t need them for too much. There’s some issues within the condo itself. Doors that don’t lock or shut, like the primary bed, bath, and balcony. Luckily our six year old follows rules well but if you have curious kiddos, could be an issue. Shower head in the primary bath is meh and the toilet is wobbly. But all in all, we enjoyed it. There’s more room than you realize with two massive closets (one big enough that the 6 year old claimed as her room.) kitchen is very nice and large.

Avari response:

Thank you, Mallory, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you had a great time and found the condo clean and low key. It’s wonderful that your daughter made such creative use of the closet space!

We appreciate your feedback about the issues you encountered, particularly with the doors and the shower head. That shouldn’t have happened, and we take your concerns seriously. We’re committed to ensuring that our homes are comfortable and functional for all our guests, and we’ll address these matters promptly.

It’s great to know that the kitchen met your needs, and we hope you had some memorable family meals there. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay, where we can provide an even better experience. Thank you again for your insights!
