The layout of condo was spacious, close to the beach, pools were large and covered parking was a plus.

We absolutely loved this property and condo. Parking was great except on July 4. A lot of no tag vehicles in the lot.

WiFi absolutely was horrible. With spotty service in the condo, WiFi would have been nice. Not a deal breaker

Wish there were more towels. With a family of 6, we were constantly washing towels after showers.

Condo is clean, spacious, great view.

Bonus points… we had a gender reveal and were having a baby boy for our third and final addition!! We saved this property and will be back next year.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional. Beds were comfortable. All the amenities were nice and clean. The location is great as well. This is our second time staying in 803 and we’ll definitely stay there again.

We love the condo for our family of 4. Just a walk from the beach. Beautiful balcony and beautiful views of the ocean. We love this condo and will continue to stay here.

Building was very well kept. Staff was friendly. I was able to place 2 amazon orders during the week and they were kept down in the office for me. Pool was very nice. Beach is beautiful. Rental was VERY clean. The unit is very spacious. Parking was no problem. Wifi was ok but not great but we really didn’t care, we came to enjoy the beach. Overall, this unit is highly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay.
