Property Was Not Suitable for Our Family Due to Mold Concern

The beachfront location and early check in.

We were thankful that the property allowed us to check in early. However, as soon as we opened the door, we noticed visible mold around the door facing. This was very concerning because my little boy is allergic to mold, and we did not feel it was safe for our family to stay there.
Because of the health concern, we had to leave the property and book another hotel nearby. This created extra stress and unexpected expense during our trip. We immediately contacted the property team and provided photos so they could review the issue.
Unfortunately, the home was not suitable for our family due to the mold concern upon arrival. I would recommend that future guests carefully inspect the property at check-in, especially if anyone in the family has allergies or sensitivities

The price was reflected in the quality of the room. The view was beautiful and the walk to beach from the room was easy!

The view was wonderful. The living room was fine. The deck furniture was very nice. The kitchen amenities were nice.

The pull out bed sheets were wadded/wrinkled up and dirty.We had to rewash them. The master bedroom desperately needs a new mattress, very saggy and old. The carpet in the room really needs to be replaced.
