Overview

This is a third-floor, one-bedroom condo that sleeps six. The condo is outfitted with tile floors in the living areas and carpeting in bedrooms. The private balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf and beach. There is an outdoor pool as well as a fitness center, a barbecue and picnic area, and an outside shower. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Berth bunks perfect for the kids are tucked away in the hallway. Extending the options further is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo comes with wireless Internet access. Property Was Not Suitable for Our Family Due to Mold Concern

The beachfront location and early check in.

We were thankful that the property allowed us to check in early. However, as soon as we opened the door, we noticed visible mold around the door facing. This was very concerning because my little boy is allergic to mold, and we did not feel it was safe for our family to stay there.
Because of the health concern, we had to leave the property and book another hotel nearby. This created extra stress and unexpected expense during our trip. We immediately contacted the property team and provided photos so they could review the issue.
Unfortunately, the home was not suitable for our family due to the mold concern upon arrival. I would recommend that future guests carefully inspect the property at check-in, especially if anyone in the family has allergies or sensitivities
