Location was GREAT! Elevator moved pretty fast, pool area was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Big balcony provided room to really hang out. Condo was a great size with everything we needed. Full size washer and dryer was awesome!

Condo’s furniture is pretty dated and not the cleanest. The sofa and rug in the living room definitely needs to be replaced.Carpet in master bedroom was disgusting. Indoor pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. Trying to contact Avari management was a NIGHTMARE! It takes about 30mins to get someone to answer the customer service number. They also don’t respond to messages. We had some confusion with another family who booked the same condo as us, I reached out to Avari Management and THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME!! Customer service needs some work.

The place looked amazing! The pictures are accurate. The walk to the beach and close shops was great as well . The only problem was the instructions and communication. Our instructions did not include a gate code so we had to wait to get let in by a neighbor. When my guest left and returned they had to wait almost 30 minutes to get back in as I was on hold with Acari (which no one answered) luckily another neighbor helped. Also the hot water does not last long. After my hide bath i had to bath in room temp water. If it wasn’t for the gate troubles and cold water the trip would’ve been perfect!

Great place, easy to check in and out. Location is perfect to all restaurants, and the beach was perfect.

It was a great stay for the price. Security guard was very nice and welcoming. The room was great, a little out dated but nothing we couldn’t look over. The view was amazing! Will definitely be back
