Hit the links at Orange Beach Golf Center or hike along Gulf wetlands on the Cotton Bayou Trail and the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. Gulf State Park offers 6,500 acres of trails, beaches, and freshwater fun on Lake Shelby. Make yourself at home in the Gulf-view living area, appointed with a sofa bed and a TV. Whip up beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a kitchen bar. Dine together in the quaint dining space or alfresco. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and an in-home washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Vacasa gave us great information throughout our stay. They even notified us on our arrival day that our unit was ready before the check in time, which was very helpful because we arrived in the area early. The girls that cleaned the unit texted us saying that if anything wasn’t right to let them know. This unit and the building had everything we needed for a great vacation.

We took a trip during the off season last week. It was excellent weather getting into restaurants was all walk up and sent to a table. The food was excellent. We stayed at the Phoenix VI complex. It is very well maintained. The staff were very friendly. The condo was a 2 bed/2bath unit. Very clean, adequate furnishings throughout. Beautiful views. Balcony time was wonderful!!! The outdoor pool is large and very relaxing!! Overall it was a great trip!!!
