The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

Lovely, relaxing stay at Phoenix IV

Location was great, and condo was clean, spacious and well kept. Looked to be updated recently. Kitchen was well stocked with usable items, and the view was fabulous.

Parking was ok, but spaces were tight for bigger vehicles. Not a huge deal, but it would be great to have an extra 6 to 8 inches per space to accommodate full sized vehicles.

We had a great time! The Gulf view was great! Would definitely return! The condo actually had comfortable furniture, which isn’t always the case.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views, easy access to ocean!

Excellent view, very clean, great value. Everything was in very good condition.

The indoor pool was great as there were rainy days. In general, in pretty good condition, but floors got very slippery and dirty ( people do not follow rules.) Many people put diapered babies in hot tubs-gross.
