Kids and adults alike will love the waterslides and pools at Adventure Island, only 5 minutes down the road. Hit the links at Orange Beach Golf Center or hike along Gulf wetlands on the Cotton Bayou Trail and the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. Gulf State Park offers 6,500 acres of trails, beaches, and freshwater fun on Lake Shelby.

Make yourself at home in the Gulf-view living area, appointed with a sofa bed and a TV. Whip up beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a kitchen bar. Dine together in the quaint dining space or alfresco. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and an in-home washer/dryer.

All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

My family and I loved our visit. Having this unit made everything some much easier for us to enjoy our vacation. Only bad thing was the dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes. We kept having to turn it on multiple times. But overall I would definitely stay at this location again.

Location good. Price point good. You need to be self sufficient and need no extra help.

The location and view. Balcony was wonderful. Close to Publix and restaurants.

The unit AC worked but the Phoenix VI AC unit in the parking lot was on its way out. The noise the bearing were making was so LOUD you could not hear anyone the person beside you talking until you got inside the unit. Then once inside the only time you did not hear the noise was on the balcony. Good thing there was a couch and master bedroom on the back because noise in front bedroom was very loud. Desk people were not helpful ...thought us that is just the way the "generator" sounds. Not generator AC unit. Last morning we were there Phoenix had vendor thete to repair..replace 4 bearings but did not have a 5th one, part ordered. Call center well...call about 3 things 1. Could we get in early had diabetic medicine to refrigerate NO. 2. The noise NOt our problem will pass on. 3. Could we have couple hours late check out NO need the 6 hour window to clean and oh by the way can you do dishes and strip the beds.

Pro’s. The condo had everything you need including full kitchen utensils. It was immaculate and spacious. . The view was amazing. Avari was very responsive.
Cons. There is no management of the pool area and due to that it is not a kid friendly environment. There were adults playing music that was not appropriate for kids to hear and also adults throwing hacky sack balls in the pool. They hit me and my wife with it and almost hit my children. They also hit several other people. Security walked right past without saying a word even though signs were up stating no balls thrown in the pool
