This condo is in a great location! Just be aware of it being on the 3rd floor. The condo has really cute decor. I would recommend bringing your supplies for the kitchen and laundry. We normally go to Florida and all of the condos supplied the basics in both of these areas. This condo does need some updating but it truly a nice place to stay. I did write privately what needs to be addressed and I hope the owners take heed. They could have a truly remarkable place to rent to people.

Perfect size condo for 4 adults! It was roomier than expected and having a large utility room made up for the tight kitchen. Was nice to be able to stash items out of the way. Very much enjoyed that no one walks past your door being as the condo is the last (only 1 other) on the level. And large area outside of door to keep chairs and beach stuff. Stairs up to the condo are narrow but very doable. Parking under the condo was nice but anything taller than a small suv could have trouble and would need to park outside. We were in a Honda CRV and had to be very careful when opening hatch. Easy walk to the beach!

This was a great place to stay! Close to the water and the smallness (i.e. NOT a giant tower with a ton of people) was really great! The fact that there was a vacuum in the unit was really nice. Most places just have a broom, but we had to use the vacuum once for all the sand. Our only negatives were taking three days to get the wifi password and the bed in the master wasn't great. It was hard and bouncy, so we didn't get great sleep, but it made naps on the beach that much better ;)
