My wife and I felt this was a perfect condo in the perfect location. From the large balcony to just chill and watch the boats go in and out of the bay to going to the beach or just having the option to swim indoors or outdoors. The location is perfect for us, just close enough to everything but not in the middle of everything. The condo is set up perfect in our opinion and is perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We will definitely be bringing our children and grandchildren here to 1203 Tidewater and will probably be our new go to place from now on.

The condo itself was nice... the beds were comfortable, the layout was great, the view from the balcony was perfect! I was just disappointed in a few things around the unit, like the small, cheap quality towels, the fact that we were not able to request additional towels or garbage bags (only gave us 2 for a week's stay), the cheap quality of toilet paper, several dirty dishes we found when we first checked in, and the glass door on the master bedroom was dirty/cloudy and would not come clean. Overall, we had a nice stay but would probably not stay here again.

Loved the location it was right across the street from the marina, Zekes restaurant which was fabulous, the Shrimp basket and a convenience store, ice cream shop and doughnuts. It is beachfront with outdoor and indoor pools and hot tub. We had plenty of room everybody. Some of the furnishings could use an update but for the most part it was a nice unit.
