Everything about this stay was excellent. The parking was so easy which is not always the case at the beach. The condo was clean and cozy.

Only complaint was the tv’s in bedrooms could be updated. We didn’t even get to use one because remote control wouldn’t allow us to use the select button, that was a bummer not having tv for a whole week. There was no welcome packet or parking passes left anywhere. Property well kept, nice condo.

We had a great stay at this condo!Pros:Clean& Stocked: The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we neededComfort & Climate: The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly to keep the unit as cold as we wanted.Prime Location: It's incredibly convenient to grocery stores, shops, and a variety of restaurants.Cons:Noise: Because it is a condo, you can occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above in the living room and left bedroom. (The master bedroom remained quiet).Management CON: Our biggest issue was the property management company's initial reaction to a leak. When we reported water dripping through a ceiling light socket, they dismissed it as mere condensation. Fortunately, we sent photos and tracked the dripping, which prompted them to send someone out later day after we, first, reported it. Last I heard it was a major plumbing issue for the owners upstairs. The situation could have been much worse had our concerns continued to be brushed off.Despite the management hiccup, we would happily rent this property again.
