The building is situated on the beautiful, sugar-white, powder-soft sand of the Gulf of Mexico where the Gulf, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay and Old River come together. Beyond the view and the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, you'll find this building to be rich in amenities: a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. You'll also love your private balcony! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning from this point of view. Watch commercial and recreational boats come in and out of the pass. Gaze out at the emerald-green waters and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins as they frolic about near the shore. We really enjoyed the view of the boats coming and going out of the pass. We saw sea turtles near the rocks, something we’ve never seen here before! We really enjoyed the beach, the pools and grilling area!

kitchen utensils and pans need replaced. washer and dryer are rusty and old but worked good. there were several maintenance issues but they told us they would be addressed.
