The building is situated on the beautiful, sugar-white, powder-soft sand of the Gulf of Mexico where the Gulf, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay and Old River come together. Beyond the view and the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, you'll find this building to be rich in amenities: a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. You'll also love your private balcony! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning from this point of view. Watch commercial and recreational boats come in and out of the pass. Gaze out at the emerald-green waters and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins as they frolic about near the shore. We had a wonderful week at Grand Pointe. Having stayed there many times in the past we knew we were in for the best view on OB! The condo was great, clean and as expected. I do agree with previous reviews about the blankets. We brought extras and were glad to have them. The patio furniture could use updating, but other than that it was fabulous and would 100% stay here again. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The condo was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and having amazing views from the balcony. You could see tons of wildlife ( we even had dolphins swim up to us!) and was cool to see all the boats coming in and out of the bay.

We had a good stay here. Nothing to seriously complain about but know that this place is managed by a large company and you get the bare basics. No extras at all. I had to ask about getting a blanket because the beds only came with a top sheet and a decorative sheet over top. No plastic dishes if you have kids. The mattress and the pillows didn’t have protective covers on them. Kitchen is stocked but minimal, no salt and pepper even. So if you’re flying in, be prepped to bring plastic dishes for the beach and pool, cooler, chairs/umbrella, everything you want for cooking. The local was nice, faced the water on the inlet. The porch faces east, so you get all morning sun.
